The Autism Speaks Empower Walk + 5K Run is an uplifting celebration of community and progress, combining the spirit of the traditional walk with the energy of a 5K run! Whether you’re walking, running, or cheering from the sidelines, there’s something for everyone to enjoy, including:

• Resource Fair
• Superhero Sprint
• Mission in Action S
• So much more!

Register as an individual or join/create a team. It is FREE to walk but 5K registration begins at $35.

9:00 a.m. – Registration Open
9:45 a.m. – Superhero Sprint
10:00 a.m. – Opening Ceremony Begins
10:20 a.m. – 5K Run Starts
10:45 a.m. – Walk Starts
11:30 a.m. – Closing Ceremony Begins
