South Central PA HCQU: Understanding Behavior and DeEscalation

• Understanding Behavior and DeEscalation: This training provides an overview of behavioral de-escalation and factors contributing to challenging behaviors.

The South Central PA HCQU works to support and improve the developmental disability community service systems by building capacity and competency to meet the physical and behavioral health care needs of persons who have developmental disabilities.
