Bridging Parent and Young Adults: Effective Communication Strategies

Parents at the LADDER family workshop

They will be discussing the importance of communication when taking steps in building a Healthy Relationship with adolescent teens / young adults. Also sharing information about a program called HEART.

HEART (Health Education & Relationships through Theater) is a research study evaluating a theatre-based program designed to teach young people, ages 14-22 with autism spectrum disorder and/or mild intellectual disability, how to build healthy relationships, gain sexual health knowledge, understand boundaries and much more!
