Milestone HCQU West: Degrees in Relationships

What is the first step in a relationship? It can be complicated. You meet people all around you, even virtually, so it’s crucial to consider how and where you know them.  There are many kinds of relationships, and this training discuss basics, complexities, and the core elements of trust and safety.

Shawn McGill is the founder and CEO of Shawn McGill Consulting, Inc., supporting neurodiverse individuals, especially underserved and those with “clinical complexities.”

Milestone is a community-based nonprofit organization that provides a continuum of support, treatment, and residential and vocational services to individuals with behavioral health challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities. The Milestone Health Care Quality Units serve 18 western Pennsylvania counties by providing training to developmental disability providers, thus setting the standard for care.
