ASERT has compiled resources for those with autism and those who care for people with autism relating to the current COVID-19 outbreak.
Exercise with Amanda
Get 2021 started with a healthy stretching, light exercise work out with Amanda. Class will meet for a 3-week session on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM via Zoom.
Items needed:
- Space to move around
- Towel or mat for floor exercise
