Coronavirus (COVID-19) Health and Safety Guide
ASERT has compiled resources for those with autism and those who care for people with autism relating to the current COVID-19 outbreak.
$10 for General Admission tickets, or upgrade to VIP tickets for $30 while they last. Children 5 & under are admitted free and don’t need a ticket. The show is RAIN or SHINE and features festival seating, so bring your blankets and chairs. Click for seating chart>
Parking areas open at 7am on October 10, 2021. Gates to the concert field open at 8am. The show begins just after 11am and will conclude by 6pm. More info at wiov.com/fallfest. VIP Parking available for $25 / General Parking is $10
Remember: All ticket sales are final, no refunds or exchanges. Concert is an all-weather event and will be held rain or shine. Children ages 6 & up are required to have a ticket. Ages 5 & under are admitted free if sitting in the General Admission areas. Lineup and schedule of performers is subject to change without notice. Official Fallfest tickets are available for purchase through wiov.com and Eventbrite platforms only.
Note that by purchasing FallFest tickets and attending the event, there are risks to the attendees of exposure, directly or indirectly, to communicable disease(s) including but not limited to the virus “severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)”, “COVID-19” and/or any mutation or variation thereof. All guests acknowledge the risk of large group gatherings and assume all risks when attending the Cumulus I-105 FallFest concert and any other risks associated with the Cumulus I-105 FallFest concert, including any and all repercussions associated with attending the event. You agree to follow the Center for Disease Control’s (“CDC”) recommended hygiene guidelines (as updated from time to time on the CDC’s website), including, without limitation, wearing a face mask, social distancing, not touching hands to face, washing hands and covering mouth when sneezing or coughing. If any of these guidelines are not followed, a participant may be declined admission or removal from the event without refund. You understand that Cumulus cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by attending the event.
Event Security Notes:
Please do not bring any of the following items to Fallfest: No weapons – No pets – No drugs or alcohol – No glass bottles – No umbrellas – No tents or canopies – No outside food or beverages – No coolers – No large bags or purses
BAG POLICY: For your safety, large bags, totes, purses, and backpacks are not permitted at Fallfest. Any bags must measure 12″x12″x6″ or smaller. Limit 1 bag per person.
All bags, chairs, wagons, strollers, and persons will be subject to search by Fallfest Security upon entering the event and all guests will pass through metal detectors and/or wandings.
If you bring a wagon, you must enter through the WAGON ONLY lane at the gates and have all contents inspected by security.
