Autism Society NWPA: Full Spectrum Fitness

Hosted by the Autism Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania (NWPA)

A 10-week adaptive fitness program at Lewko Tensity Gym & Training Center is designed specifically for individuals with autism. This inclusive and supportive class promotes physical health, builds confidence, and fosters social interaction through personalized fitness activities. Ages 14 & UP. Registration required to participate.

Fall 2026 | September 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th | October 6th,13th, 20th, 27th | November 3rd, 10th

WHEN: Tuesdays from 6:45pm – 7:45pm

WHERE: Lewko Tensity Gym & Training Facility 5718 Wattsburg Rd. Erie, PA 16509

COST: Members $50.00 ($5 per week) | non-members $60.00 ($6 per week)

Participants are expected to attend sessions maintaining the safety of themselves, the staff, and other participants.

• If there are safety concerns, a third-party staff member may be provided by the family (waiver staff/therapist) to attend as a 1:1 for the participant at no additional registration fee.

Autism Society Northwestern Pennsylvania is a non-profit providing access to information and resources, as well as entry into a kindhearted community network of parents, professionals, and educators throughout the area.
