Pennsylvania Health Law Project: More Than One Way to Qualify - Medicaid Eligibility Beyond the New Requirements

The new Medicaid work requirements coming January 1st apply only to adults covered in the expansion category. Pennsylvania’s Medicaid program includes many other eligibility categories that can offer coverage to those who qualify.

This webinar will walk through the major Pennsylvania Medicaid eligibility categories for adults beyond the expansion category and explain what each one requires. Learn how to recognize when someone might fit one of these categories, what documentation the County Assistance Office will look for, and how to help someone maintain coverage or move between categories without a gap in coverage.

This session builds on the September 16th webinar on navigating the new work requirements. Attending both is helpful but not required.
