PCHC and Vision for Equality: Supporting Family Event

Hosted by Philadelphia Coordinated Health Care and Vision for Equality.

This free event provides an opportunity to hear from parents regarding their concerns for the future of their loved ones with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

A panel of professionals will be available to answer questions and to address concerns.

Light breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Free parking is available.

PCHC’s mission is to enhance access to community physical and mental health care through education, public health outreach, advocacy and empowerment as well as to improve health care outcomes for individuals with an Intellectual Disability (ID) and/or Autism.

Vision for Equality’s mission is to assist and empower people with disabilities and their families to seek quality and satisfaction in their lives as well as equal access to supports and services.
