This training gives an educational overview of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) and other laws that protect people from discrimination, bullying and harassment in educational settings.

The PEAL Center is a one-stop-resource for disability information and referral in Pennsylvania for parents, self-advocates and professionals. PEAL provides assistance to families of children with disabilities, educators, and others who work with them. PEAL’s primary intent is to help families help their children and provide the tools they need to become lifelong advocates for their children and themselves.
