Hosted by the PEAL Center
Join PEAL for a one-day event focusing on what young people with disabilities and their families can expect after graduation. Learn about transition services, plan a vision for the future, and hear from a panel of self-advocates who will share their lived experiences with transition.
Parking and Lunch will be included. If you plan to travel by train or bus, or if travel is cost prohibitive, please contact jwhite@pealcenter.org for travel reimbursement information. Spanish interpretation and open captioning will be provided

The PEAL Center is a one-stop-resource for disability information and referral in Pennsylvania for parents, self-advocates, and professionals. PEAL provides assistance to families of children with disabilities, educators, and others who work with them.
