PEAL Center: Charting the Lifecourse: Transitions

Join PEAL and PA Family Network in this interactive workshop to:

• Obtain information and identify services, supports, and resources.
• Utilize the LifeCourse Framework to plan for transitions in early childhood, school age, high school, adulthood, aging, and through medical transitions.

The PEAL Center is a one-stop-resource for disability information and referral in Pennsylvania for parents, self-advocates and professionals. PEAL provides assistance to families of children with disabilities, educators, and others who work with them. PEAL’s primary intent is to help families help their children and provide the tools they need to become lifelong advocates for their children and themselves.
