PEAL Center: LEAD Early - A Parent Leadership Series for Early Intervention Families

LEAD Early is a four-part introductory series designed for parents of young children participating in Early Intervention (Infant-Toddler or Preschool) services.

This Leadership series helps families understand how Early Intervention systems work in PA, recognize their role within them, and begin to use their voice to start their advocacy journey.

Sessions will be held on Tuesdays from September 29 to October 26, 2026, from 12:00-1:30 p.m.

This training is designed as a four-part series, and families are encouraged to attend all four sessions to get the most from the experience. 

The PEAL Center is a one-stop-resource for disability information and referral in Pennsylvania for parents, self-advocates and professionals. PEAL provides assistance to families of children with disabilities, educators, and others who work with them. PEAL’s primary intent is to help families help their children and provide the tools they need to become lifelong advocates for their children and themselves.
