Families CCAN Resource Meeting: Social Opportunities for Adults with Disabilities

Looking for new places to go and things to do where you can make new friends and engage in the community? Families CCAN scoured the area and are so happy to bring some opportunities to you!
This meeting is free to attend and all are welcome. Registration is required.
Families CCAN enables adults with disabilities to live happy, supported, independent lives where they are full participants in their communities. Their knowledge, resources, tools, and networks support families in developing housing, employment, and volunteer opportunities for their loved ones with disabilities.
