Families CCAN Resource Meeting: Opportunities to develop Social Skills
Hosted by Families CCAN
Welcome representatives from two community organizations that provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to make connections and work on their social skills.
Presenters from CF Counseling Connections and Social Growth and Community Connections will share information about their respective programs.
This meeting is free to attend and all are welcome. Registration is required.
Families CCAN enables adults with disabilities to live happy, supported, independent lives where they are full participants in their communities. Their knowledge, resources, tools, and networks support families in developing housing, employment, and volunteer opportunities for their loved ones with disabilities.
