Calling all cars, trucks, motorcycles, airplanes, AND runners/walkers…

Join them for the Annual Rotary Wheels and Wings Festival & 5K on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Lancaster Airport and Brethren Village!

This is a FREE EVENT to the public! No registration necessary to attend – just come on out for the fun of it! Suggested donation for onsite parking is $5.00 per car.

Registration is required for all vehicles and runner participants.

If you have a printed car show registration form and wish to pay by check in advance, mail it to Rotary Club of Lancaster, PO Box 1387, Lancaster, PA 17604. Registration must be received by June 22, 2022.

The day will start off with a 5k Race – rain or shine – at 7:30 am with registration open beginning at 6:30 am at Brethren Village. Parking will be available across Airport Road.

Registration for the Race is $25 before June 17 and $30 after June 17. T-shirt is included while supplies last. Medals will be awarded for top three male and female finishers in six age categories.

The “everything wheels” Car Show and Fly In is from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Registration for the Car Show is $20, and onsite registration is available the day of the Show. Cash, check payable to Rotary Club of Lancaster Foundation, or credit cards accepted. Show Trophies will be awarded. It is a grass staging area for cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

Car Show registration will open at 8:00 am.

NEW THIS YEAR: Pre-Show Coffee Cruise. Arrive between 7:00 and 7:30 am for coffee and pastries. Leave at 7:30 am for a self-guided cruise designed by Michael Rowen of Michael’s Motor Cars. Return by 8:30 am to reserved preferred parking spaces for the car show. Advance registration is $10. Day-of registration is $15.

Goodie bags will be given to the first drive-in and fly-in participants. Quantities are limited. First come, first served! No pets or brought-in alcoholic beverages permitted.

Fantastic door prizes awarded to car show participants at 10 am, 11 am, and noon. Raffle prizes drawn at 1:00 pm. Last year prizes totaled more than $4,000 in value!

To round out the Festival, there will be food trucks and beverage vendors by the Airport Terminal. No Festival would be complete without music. Baker Events will be playing your favorites throughout the day.
