New year, new you!
As many set goals for themselves at the beginning of the year, many of us find it hard to pursue personal goals due to the many responsibilities as caregivers. This year, you are encouraged to think about yourself, as well. You too can have a meaningful life as you care for your loved one.
Join to discuss setting and achieving personal goals, in hopes of leading to our best selves yet! This workshop will be offered twice but you only have to register once. All who register will receive the recording and a copy of the presentation.
The mission of Vision for Equality is to assist and empower people with disabilities and their families to seek quality and satisfaction in their lives as well as equal access to supports and services.
