Celebrate National Speech-Language-Hearing Month!

Temple’s TechOWL program will present a free lunch and learn webinar series throughout May 2026 to celebrate National Speech-Language-Hearing Month.

Join the Healthy Sexuality Project for a workshop on consent and boundaries for AAC users. Attendees will learn concrete ways to help AAC users practice consent and boundaries for all types of relationships, including a Boundaries Dice Activity with adaptations.

The Healthy Sexuality Project is a program within the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University. We provide positive sexuality education for people with disabilities, families, and those who support them.

Learning Objectives:

  • Teach definitions of everyday consent and boundaries using plain language
  • Utilize the Boundaries Dice Activity with AAC users and people with IDD

TechOWL is Pennsylvania’s designated Assistive Technology Act Program. TechOWL is one of 56 programs in the nation.
