Teen Support Group - Grades 9,10,11

There’s no denying the pandemic has been a difficult – it’s been tough for all of everyone, in very different ways. At Project Renew, they recognize that children are struggling. In response to this, beginning in March, Project Renew will be offering Zoom virtual support platforms for adolescents. With emotional and social wellness in mind, grades 9,10, and 11 will compose one group.

The support sessions will be a series with carefully chosen topics, incorporating wellness, signs of COVID blues, coping skills and resilience building across all age levels. Topics may change based on participant needs and wishes. The sessions will be fun, engaging and designed to build connection between peers, providing a safe space for adolescents to be heard, understood, and supported.
