Variety: Farm City Day Eastern PA

Hosted by Variety, the Children’s Charity of the Delaware Valley in partnership with the PA Department of Agriculture.

This event will be an immersive agriculture education event for students from second grade through high school. Students will explore interactive stations and sensory activities highlighting the connections between farming, community, and daily life. With support from community partners, the day includes collaborative games, demonstrations, and exhibits focused on agriculture and the environment. Students can also tour Variety’s greenhouses and gardens and participate in gardening tasks. The garden areas are designed to be highly accessible to support the needs of individuals with disabilities.

Variety invites you and your students to join us for this exciting event. The schedule for the day is flexible and can be altered to meet the specific timing restrictions of your school.
