Caregiving can feel consuming, so it is important to find what you love so you don’t lose yourself in caregiving. In this free workshop, you will explore simple ways to rediscover important interests and joys. Join Vision for Equality virtually to connect with fellow caregivers who are eager to share tips and encouragement for rediscovering what you love while caring for others.

This workshop will be offered twice, but you only need to register once.

• Wednesday, April 22 at 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
• Thursday, April 30 at 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
