Reclaiming Me: Caregivers will use prompts to share reflections and identify one realistic step toward reconnecting with themselves. Tuesday, August 11th. 7:00pm-8:00pm.

Then and Now Reflection: Caregivers will discuss what has been lost and gained, as well as what about themselves they would like to reconnect with. Tuesday, August 25th. 7:00pm-8:00pm.
