More Than the To-Do List: This reflective exercise allows caregivers to highlight parts of their identities, interests and more that go beyond caregiving responsibilities. Tuesday, July 14th. 7:00pm-8:00pm.

Finding Joy in the Journey: This exercise allows participating caregivers to reflect on shared experiences, caregiver wins, and ways to create joy despite challenges. Tuesday, July 28th. 7:00pm-8:00pm.
