Allowing in More Than Responsibility: In this session, you will process how challenging it is for caregivers to make space for things other than everyday responsibilities and discuss ways to allow more than responsibilities in your life

Trying on New Hobbies: In this session, you will explore new hobbies and interests and create a plan to pursue them in the near future.
