Westmoreland Transition Council: Self-Advocacy Groups
Hosted by the Westmoreland Transition Council
From 9 AM to 11 AM, the meeting will feature representatives from self-advocacy groups. This is a great opportunity for students, families, and staff to attend/tune in to learn about these programs.
Attend in-person or virtually, as meetings are held in a hybrid format, providing flexibility for participation. Meetings in-person are at the Westmoreland IU and virtually via Zoom (link shared during registration).
The Westmoreland County Transition Council is a network of parents, educators, and community service providers helping students with special needs in their transition from school to adult life.
