Resource Table Request Form

We do our best to accommodate event requests, but with our small team and many events throughout the year, it is not always possible. If we are unable to attend, we do offer to send materials to be disseminated on our behalf at your event.

Request Timeline

Requests should be submitted at least one month in advance and no more than three months in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.
