Resource Guide for Charter Schools and Cyber Charter Schools
Overview
This guide from the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN) is intended as one resource for charter schools and cyber charter schools in meeting the requirements of IDEA and Chapter 711 for school-age students.
The resource guide is divided into seven sections, each explaining a component of the special education process from child find through the provision of special education services and supports. Information to assist charter schools and cyber charter schools in preparing for compliance monitoring also is available. Each section includes an overview, supporting documents, required forms, and other resources.
