Hospital Wristbands Social Story

When I arrive at the hospital, the person at the front desk will put a wristband around my wrist.

This is a paper bracelet with my name and information on it. It lets hospital staff know who I am.

I need to wear the wristband the whole time I’m at the hospital.

Doctors and nurses might scan my bracelet a few times to check who I am.

If my bracelet feels too tight or hurts, I can ask an adult to help fix it.
