How to Register to Vote

• • Online (vote.pa.com)
  • By mail
  • In person at your county voter registration office
  • In person at PennDOT

You will need one of the below

• • PA Driver’s license
  • PennDOT ID card
  • Last four digits of your social security number

If accepted you will receive a voter registration card in the mail. This will tell you where to go to vote.

Step 1: Type iwillvote.com into your computer.

Step 2: Click “Register to vote”.

Step 3: Read and answer each question carefully. If you have questions, it is important to ask someone you trust.

Step 4: Submit the form on your computer.

Step 1: Type vote.pa.gov into your computer.

Step 2: Click “Register to Vote”.

Step 3: Click “How to Register to Vote”.

Step 4: Click “by mail”.

Step 5: Click “Pennsylvania Voter Registration Application”.

Step 6: Print the Application.

Step 7: Read and answer each question carefully. If you have questions, it is important to ask someone you trust. Remember to sign your name!

Step 8: Write your home address in the designated area.

Step 9: Write your county’s voter registration office address.

Step 10: Remember to attach a stamp in the designated area!

Step 11: Fold on the dotted lines (follow the directions on the form).

Step 12: Mail it by the deadline.

Step 1: Search for your county’s voter registration office on the
computer.

Step 2: Go to the voter registration office and ask for a voter
registration application.

Step 3: Read and answer each question carefully. If you have
questions, it is important to ask someone you trust.
