The Library of Accessible Media for Pennsylvanians (LAMP),  is a program funded through the Pennsylvania Office of Commonwealth Libraries and Administered throughout the state of Pennsylvania by Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and the Free Library of Philadelphia..

Resources Offered:

    • 1.5 million titles In accessible formats like digital, digital downloads, Braille, Print/Braille, large-print and Audio described DVDs.
    • Readers Advisory and outreach to residents statewide.
    • A network of Libraries of the Library of Congress’ National Libraries Services, Library for the Blind and Print Disabled.
    • LAMP Reader Advisors recommend titles and can help individuals navigate LAMP services.
    • Specialized services for Pennsylvanians under 21 who have difficulty reading standard print.
