PA Navigate is a website that connects Pennsylvanians with social services in their communities. They can find help with food, utilities, financial assistance, child care, transportation, and more by visiting pa-navigate.org and entering their zip code to find services in their area.

  • SNAP Recipients: Find volunteer opportunities to help meet your SNAP work requirements by entering your zip code at pa-navigate.org and searching “volunteer opportunities.”
  • Nonprofits and CBOs: Nonprofit and community-based organizations that would like to list volunteer opportunities can email panavigate@thecaap.org.

 

For Pennsylvanians looking to volunteer in their communities, or for SNAP recipients who need to meet work and community engagement requirements, volunteer roles are listed on PA Navigate.

Here’s how to find volunteer opportunities on PA Navigate:

Go to pa-navigate.org, enter your ZIP code, and search for “volunteer.”

A list of local programs offering volunteer opportunities appears.

Contact the organization to learn more and get connected to volunteer opportunities.

The organization completes the Community Service Verification Form to track volunteer hours.

For community-based organizations looking for volunteers, PA Navigate can help!

Community-based organizations can now list their volunteer opportunities on PA Navigate so that they can fill critical needs.

For Community-Based Organizations

If a community-based organization would like to list volunteer opportunities on PA Navigate, email panavigate@thecaap.org.

A Community Engagement Manager will assist with adding volunteer opportunities to the platform and ensuring programs are listed and tagged accurately so individuals can easily find the organization’s volunteer offerings.
