Afterschool Alliance
Overview
The Afterschool Alliance is an organization dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of afterschool programs and advocating for more after-school investments to ensure that all children have access to affordable, quality after-school programs.
The Afterschool Alliance aims to engage public to increase public and private investment in quality after-school program initiatives at the national, state and local levels. They are in touch with more than 25,000 afterschool programs and their publications reach more than 65,000 individuals every month.

- To serve as an information source on after-school programs and resources.
- To encourage the development of local, state and national after-school constituencies and systems.
- To communicate the impact of after-school programs on children, families and communities.
