SPARK

Igniting autism research & improving lives

Overview

SPARK a better future for individuals with autism and their families.

image of a family holding hands walking into the sunsetIf you or your child has a professional diagnosis of autism, Geisinger’s Autism & Developmental Medicine Institute (ADMI) invites you to learn more about SPARK, a new online research study that has one mission: Speed up research and advance our understanding of autism by creating the nation’s largest autism study. Geisinger’s ADMI is one of over 20 autism centers and research institutions that SPARK has partnered with across the country. By joining SPARK, you will be making invaluable contributions to advancing the understanding of autism.

Joining SPARK is simple – register online and provide a saliva sample via a saliva collection kit that can be sent directly to your home. There is no cost to join SPARK, and families can earn a $50 gift card for participating! Any individual with autism (and their parents, if appropriate) are invited to register for SPARK.

To register for SPARK, visit https://SparkForAutism.org/GeisingerADMI or call 570-522-9402 to schedule an in-person registration at our ADMI clinics in Lewisburg or Forty Fort. Together, we can help spark a better future for all individuals and families affected by autism. For more information about SPARK, contact Kate Dent at kadent1@geisinger.edu.
