ChildLink
Supports & Services
Under contract with the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services (DBHIDS), Public Health Management Corporation administers the ChildLink/Philadelphia County program. ChildLink/Philadelphia County provides service coordinators who help children, from birth to age three residing in Philadelphia who have developmental delays or disabilities, and their families obtain supports and services.
Services:
- Arrange for initial evaluations to determine a Childs eligibility .
- Find resources to help children and their families.
- Develop a plan to meet the unique needs of children and their families.
- Coordinate and obtain services needed by children and their families.
