Autism Society Lehigh Valley: Adult and Teen Social Programming

Hosted by Autism Society Lehigh Valley (ASLV). 

ASLV has a monthly Friday night social group with food, games, karaoke, and music. They also have a Monday night social connections group, as well as a Creative Abilities program for adults interested in the arts and theater.

• Adult Friday Social and Social Connections: This young adult group has met for the last 9 years. They have food, crafts, karaoke, music, and more. Additionally, their is a smaller social connections group that meets bi-weekly.

• Creative Abilities: The goal of the Creative Abilities Group is to provide opportunities for youth and young adults with autism to participate in a variety of fine arts, theater, wellness, and craft activities in their community, helping to inspire them, and enrich their lives. They partner with local arts organizations to allow participants to create art in a variety of settings.

• Teen Social Connections: A safe and supportive space for teenagers on the autism spectrum. Designed to foster personal growth and social connections, this group offers a range of engaging activities and discussions tailored to their unique needs. Through friendship-building opportunities and open conversations, they strive to empower these remarkable individuals to embrace their strengths, develop their talents, and confidently navigate their teenage years. Join ASLV to celebrate differences,  promote inclusion, and create lasting bonds within they teen community.
