Neurodiverse Network: Friday Flow

Join the Neurodiverse Network on the first and third Friday of the month for Friday Flow. Learn basic yoga poses, grounding and practice relaxation techniques. These sessions will focus on bringing awareness to the nervous system through breath and movement. This inclusive flow welcomes beginners and individuals new to relaxation techniques!

This will be held on the accessible first floor of the building and includes access to the self serve cafe area during or immediately following the program.

There will also be access to the upstairs rental library and makerspace during this event, please note that the second floor is not fully accessible.

*Ages 12 & Up (with guardian)

*No experience necessary

*Bring a yoga mat or borrow one!
