Mon River Arts: The Penguin Project

The Penguin Project is a national organization dedicated to providing accessible theatre and performing arts opportunities. The program is open to any individual aged 10-21 with a disability. The Penguin Project is free to all participants but will have limited enrollment spots.

They serve individuals from any area as long as they are willing to travel. Likely, this program would be most attractive to students in Allegheny County, Westmoreland County, and Washington County given the location. However, they welcome students from any area.
