The mission of the Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania is to eliminate and prevent barriers that people with disabilities experience by providing ongoing advocacy and offering innovative programs and services. CILCP services are offered in Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata, Mifflin, and Perry Counties.
