The mission of The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is to empower, inspire, and educate people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and the community.

Services and Programs:

• Advocacy and Family Education: Staff strive to promote the rights, health, and safety of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They work closely with local agencies and schools to resolve issues and improve services.
• Community Fusion: Community Fusion is a day program for adults with intellectual disabilities that is all about community engagement.
• Life Time Adult Day Care: Life Time Adult Day Care in Lemoyne offers more than just daytime care. Experienced staff design interactive and fun activities for participants – many of whom are 50 and older.
• The Center for Industrial Training: Job training and employment is available for people with disabilities at the S. Wilson Pollock Center for Industrial Training (CIT) in Mechanicsburg.
• Residential Services: CPARC offers community living opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities in Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, and Perry counties.
• Sassy Gourmet Catering: Handcrafted foods made with care by people with disabilities.
