Thrive Center for Independent Living Of Central Pennsylvania (CILCP)
CILCP services are offered in Cumberland, Dauphin, Juniata, Mifflin, and Perry Counties.
The mission of the Thrive Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania is to eliminate and prevent barriers that people with disabilities experience by providing ongoing advocacy and offering innovative programs and services.
The Thrive Center for Independent Living of Central Pennsylvania envisions a society where persons with disabilities are empowered to fully exercise their rights and participate in all walks of life that will enable them to live well.
