Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania: Community Supports Program

Easterseals Community Supports program enables adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enrich their lives, enjoy a full range of activities in the community, and explore and engage in meaningful and purposeful activities based on personal preferences and needs.

Each participant receives individual assistance from a direct support professional to engage in a variety of activities, from performing the functions of daily living to volunteering and pursuing educational, social, and recreation opportunities. Participants are encouraged and supported in exercising self-direction within the program.

This program offers an activity fund so that financial barriers will not prohibit you from achieving your aspirations or goals. Participants have used the fund to take classes, join the YMCA, attend a baseball game, visit a museum and more.
