Embry Care: From ME to YOU (A Support Group for Special Needs Parents and Relatives)

A Support Group for PA Parents and Relative Caregivers of adults who are diagnosed with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This includes Intellectual Disabilities (Mild, Moderate, Severe), Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy etc.

This group offers a supportive space for parents and relatives who are caregivers of adults with special needs to connect and share their feelings, concerns, and personal experiences. This group will be used as a safe and understanding environment to explore topics such as self-care, sibling relationships, and planning for your child’s future.

Currently, the group can be found via Facebook and is free to join, open to the public, and will feature virtual, community and in-office meetings.

Embry Care provides  in-home support for individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability (IDD). Our goal is to help the individuals we serve, achieve greater independence, choice and opportunity in their lives.
