This collection of resources focuses on different topics related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, and intersex individuals. Some of these resources were developed for ASERT by autistic individuals who are part of the LGBTQI community, while others are resources from outside organizations. There are resources for individuals with autism, parents, families, health care providers and policy makers.

Library Resource Collection

This collection of resources, developed by ASERT, provides information for library staff on how to support individuals with autism as well as social stories that can be used with individuals to prepare them for visiting the library.

Lifesharing

Lifesharing, or Family Living, is a housing option for individuals with intellectual disabilities in which up to two individuals with intellectual disabilities live with unrelated qualified caregivers with Office of Developmental Programs funding.

Listening Skills

This resource provides information for individuals with autism on strategies to improve their listening skills.

Locator Device Grant

Families served under The Autism Society of Greater Harrisburg Area can apply for their Locator Grant for their family member with Autism. The Autism Society of Greater Harrisburg Area has been raising awareness about the dangers of wandering for an individual with Autism.
